The content solution needed to be one-part digital signage and two-parts digital art. Together, delivering a mix of functional messaging and contemporary visuals.

The first part of our process was defining the medium. We looked for options that would house a range of motion content, live harmoniously within the Hayesbery’s elevated design aesthetic, and build on the square of Goodman’s logo.

The solution was a mixture of custom-built freestanding LED cubes and LED totem screens. Together creating a digital landscape that is always visible but never overwhelms.

Once we formalised the parameters of the media, we developed content within four key themes of Data-visualisation, Dynamic typography, Simplified nature and Global property network.

We developed custom scripted tool-panels for AfterEffects that make it easy for Goodman to update and create new content themselves, including the ability to rewrite dynamic text and embed new visual content into complex animated sequences.

The result is a sophisticated brand experience that lives up to the integrity of the space and the dynamic nature of the Goodman brand.
